Trial Service Terms and Conditions
VulnerabilityAlertSM
SecureNet Solutions Inc.("SecureNet Solutions")
distributes frequently updated security vulnerability
information through its VulnerabilityAlert web site
and related services currently located at http://www.securenetsol.com
("SecureNet Solutions website").
Trial Account Conditions
Trial accounts are available, subject to approval,
to business, academic, non-profit, and government entities
only. Trial accounts are not available for personal
use. E-mail addresses used for trial accounts must be
from the customer's primary e-mail domain. Third party
e-mail domains are not permitted for trial accounts.
This trial offer may be subject to successful credit
check. Only one trial offer is permitted per customer
organization.
Trial accounts shall not be used for the purpose of
competitive analysis and are not for entities that provide
similar or competitive vulnerability notification or
security intelligence services, even if we authorize
an account.
The trial period may be extended at our sole discretion.
At the end of the trial period, the customer may purchase
the service. If the service is not purchased, the trial
account will be terminated.
SecureNet Solutions retains the right to refuse any
trial application or terminate a trial at any time.
Content Distribution Restrictions
No part of the content or information included in the
SecureNet Solutions alerts may be reproduced, re-transmitted
or otherwise redistributed in any form or by any means,
electronic or mechanical, including by photocopying,
facsimile transmission, recording, re-keying, or using
any information storage and retrieval system, without
the prior written permission of SecureNet Solutions.
Use of Services
SECURENET SOLUTIONS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY
FOR THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR ADEQUACY OF THE SERVICES
OR THE INFORMATION FURNISHED THEREBY. YOU AGREE THAT
IN NO EVENT SHALL SECURENET SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR
ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE VULNERABILITYALERT
SERVICES OR THE SECURENET SOLUTIONS SITE.

SECURENET SOLUTIONS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE VULNERABILITYALERT
SITE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE VULNERABILITYALERT
NOTIFICATION ALERTS, CONTENT, AND LINKS), AND ANY OTHER
SERVICE PROVIDED BY SECURENET SOLUTIONS HEREUNDER, INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON INFRINGEMENT
AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING
OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. SECURENET SOLUTIONS EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING THE
PERFORMANCE, AVAILABILITY, FUNCTIONALITY, OR ANY OTHER
ASPECT OF THE SECURENET SOLUTIONS SITE. The operation
and/or use of the VulnerabilityAlert Content and the
Links or the VulnerabilityAlert Site may not be uninterrupted
or error free, and that the results obtained through
use of the VulnerabilityAlert Content and the Links
may have errors or omissions. SecureNet Solutions will
not be liable for any interruptions or errors in using
the VulnerabilityAlert Content, Links or VulnerabilityAlert
Site.
Liability Limitation
SECURENET SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS,
LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING
OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SECURENET SOLUTIONS
SITE, EVEN IF SECURENET SOLUTIONS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA
